Wedding Trends: His & Hers Cocktails

When it comes to recent wedding trends, hands down, my favorite new trend is his and hers cocktails.

If you haven’t seen this yet, couples are working with their bartending staff to create signature drinks to serve to their guests during cocktail hour and through dinner. For the budget friendly couples, instead of a full open bar, his and hers cocktails allow them to provide some liquor without breaking the bank.

It’s a fun way to get your guests talking to each other about the drinks, and if they try both of them before dinner, they should be ready to party by the time the dance music starts.

When it comes to choosing a specific drink, brides typically tend to choose something lighter and more crisp and grooms usually opt for something a little less fruity but still something everyone can enjoy. What you choose is entirely up to you! You might draw inspiration from the drinks you had on your first date, a favorite vacation, or choose to feature liquor distilled near your home towns.
